With the growing number of behavior analytic certificants in the field it is critical to ensure the quality of behavior analytic interventions delivery through both training and supervision. This has become an essential concern in the field and a key skillset for a behavior analyst. This session will focus on current issues in the field of behavior analysis related to the role of the behavior analyst as a supervisor. In addition, this session will cover the role of the supervisor across various supervision settings and aligned to the current BACB task list. Current literature and practical considerations will be discussed throughout the session.
